Terms of Service
These terms explain how users may use AEO스캐너, including payments, responsibilities, and service restrictions.
If these terms change, the company will notify users of the effective date, reason for revision, and changed content through the service screen or website.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern use of the AEO스캐너 website, dashboard, API, audits, patches, and billing features.
By using the service or creating an account, users agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
If a separate agreement, order form, or data processing addendum applies, that document may take priority over these terms.
2. Service
AEO스캐너 audits AI search visibility from submitted site URLs and brand information, then provides improvement candidates, patch drafts, and verification results.
The service is an automation and operations support tool. It does not guarantee rankings, AI answer inclusion, revenue, traffic, conversions, or legal compliance.
Features, plans, usage limits, and service scope may change due to product updates, security needs, operating policy, or external API changes.
3. Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate and current account information and keep login methods and access permissions secure.
Activity under an account may be treated as the user's responsibility. Users must notify us promptly of unauthorized access, leaked keys, suspicious payments, or suspicious deployments.
If a user acts for a company, team, or client, the user represents that they have authority to bind that organization.
4. Acceptable use
Users may use audit and patch features only for websites, brands, and domains they own or are authorized to manage.
Users may not attack third-party systems, run unauthorized scans, collect unauthorized data, distribute malware, bypass service controls, overload the service, or process illegal content.
Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights to use submitted URLs, content, brand assets, and competitor information.
5. AI analysis and patches
AI analysis and patch drafts are reference materials. Users must review facts and legal suitability before relying on them.
Before applying patches, users must review site policy, privacy notices, advertising claims, SEO strategy, CMS structure, DNS, and Cloudflare settings.
Issues caused by customer domains, DNS, CMS, Cloudflare, hosting, third-party plugins, or search engine policy changes require customer review.
Automated patch or deployment features run only within user-approved scope. Users are responsible for checking results before and after execution.
6. Plans, payments, and renewal
Paid features are provided according to the selected plan, payment status, usage limits, and account permissions.
Payment authorization, renewal, taxes, receipts, failed payments, and related processing may follow the procedures and terms of providers such as Paddle.
Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Users must check subscription status and cancel before the next billing date.
Paid features or account access may be limited for failed payments, suspected fraud, plan limit excess, or terms violations.
7. Refunds and withdrawal
Because the service is digital SaaS, refunds may be limited once audits, reports, patch drafts, credit usage, or deployments have been completed.
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, we will handle requests under applicable law.
Refund eligibility depends on billing date, usage, completed features, promotion terms, and payment provider policy.
Refund or billing disputes should be sent to [email protected] with payment details and the account email.
8. Intellectual property and user materials
The service, software, interface, documents, logos, design, model configuration, and operational know-how belong to the company or lawful owners.
Brand information, website content, competitor URLs, and uploaded materials submitted by users remain with the user or the relevant rights holder.
Users grant us the right to process user materials as needed to provide the service, generate audits and patches, verify deployments, support customers, and maintain security.
9. Suspension and service interruptions
All or part of the service may be limited due to security incidents, outages, maintenance, external API failures, cloud failures, legal requests, abuse detection, or unpaid fees.
Where advance notice is difficult, such as urgent security action or external infrastructure failure, we may notify users afterward where practical.
We may block abnormal traffic, automation abuse, vulnerability probing, or unauthorized access attempts to keep the service stable.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided based on its currently available state and does not guarantee fitness for a specific purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or third-party platform outcomes.
Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we limit liability for damage caused by external APIs, AI models, search engines, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, or customer domain settings.
To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for indirect, special, business, reputation, data-loss, or lost-profit damages.
These limitations may be restricted by applicable law and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to terms
We may change these terms due to service changes, legal updates, security needs, or payment policy changes.
Material changes will be notified through reasonable methods such as the service, email, or website.
Users who do not agree to changed terms may stop using the service and request account or subscription cancellation.
12. Governing law, disputes, and contact
These terms and service use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it in good faith. If that fails, it will be resolved under applicable law and venue rules.
